Most trading systems require a lot of time watching the chart,
waiting for the right setup and then placing the trade. This may
well take all day every day and we have been conditioned from
our early school years to unquestioningly believe that hard work
brings success. It's a useful belief for 'The Powers That' Be'
and for system sellers because failure (or the mediocre,
debt-ridden lives that most people live) can be explained by
lack or real hard work - keep the workers working and they won't
think for themselves.
The truth is that almost all successful people work smart, not
hard. However, in most cases, they become obsessed with their
work and end up working hard anyway. Anyone who's tried
financial trading can see that obsessing over charts and putting
in long hours does not bring in the profits they were promised.
Trading requires an 'edge' and 9 out of 10 traders don't have it
- they are simply part of the losing masses providing money for
the few. In other words, they are the slaves who provide the
riches...
The same is true in any field of life, there will always be the
great mass of underdogs who have been deluding into thinking
they are working for themselves and 'contribute to society'
when, in fact, their sole purpose is to line the pockets of a
few elite at the top of the pile. They are the modern slaves but
they think they are free, and so never try and escape. If you
really want to be successful, to have to drop your false
concepts and step out of the box.
Probably 99 out of 100 traders struggle endlessly at day trading
and scalping. Basically, the shorter the trade, the more noise
and plain random movement plays a part. The big institutional
traders don't waste their time or money with this. They trade
long term and it becomes more like the traditional investment -
except that they sell as well as buy. Do you really think the
big boys sit watching charts and making several tiny trades
a day? Of course not...
So, wake up and step out of the box! Give up day trading Forex
with the rest of the slaves and get a life.
Since I'm not really concerned with making as many sales as
possible, I'm going to risk offending some people and post one
of my favourite videos here. Life is not what you think, you are
genuinely a slave and have no freedom or life of your own as
long as you are part of the system...
